The health and safety of our patients, our staff, and our community is of the utmost importance to us here at Parkwood Eyecare. It is for this reason that we have increased our already elevated sterilization efforts in the office. Our staff and doctors are here to answer any questions that you have about how Parkwood Eyecare is keeping you safe during these challenging times. Some of the changes you will notice during your visit to our office are:
- We are requiring patients to wear masks and asking that all patients bring a mask or we will provide them with one. All doctors and staff will be wearing masks at all times during your visit.
- In an effort to establish safe social distancing we have temporarily reduced our number of available appointments in the day. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience. As always, we are here for your urgent and unforeseen eye problems. Please call the office if you have an eye care problem.
- In order to eliminate crowding, we ask that anyone accompanying you to your visit remain in their vehicle. Exceptions will be made for minors and any patient requiring additional assistance.
- Our optical is open, please call ahead to schedule a personalized fitting.
